Certified and Experienced!

Why Hiring a Certified Home Inspector Matters!

In California, there are currently no state licensing requirements for home inspectors — which means virtually anyone with basic construction knowledge can perform inspections. That’s why it’s so important to hire a certified and insured home inspector who adheres to professional standards and ongoing education.

When you hire a certified inspector, you’re not just getting an opinion — you’re hiring someone who has invested in training, tools, and continuing education to fully understand how homes function and to identify potential safety concerns or costly issues before they become problems.

What Sets RND Home Inspections Apart

At RND Home Inspections, we combine experience, certification, and technology to deliver a more complete and accurate inspection. We go beyond the basics by using industry-leading tools that help us see what the average inspection can miss:

Infrared thermal imaging — detects hidden moisture leaks inside walls and floors, insulation gaps, and areas of energy loss.

Crawl Bot foundation camera — captures live video of the crawlspace and foundation, providing a clear view of areas that are otherwise difficult or unsafe to access.

Aerial drone inspection — safely evaluates high or hard-to-reach roof areas without causing damage to delicate roofing materials.

All of this technology allows us to provide detailed visuals and transparent reporting, including a copy of the crawlspace foundation video directly in your inspection report.

Our goal is simple: to give you complete peace of mind and the confidence to move forward in your home-buying or ownership journey. With RND Home Inspections, you’ll always know what’s above, below, and behind the surface of your home.
